Developing state-of-the-art processing facilities that produce

a cleaner burning engineered solid fuel from everyday waste streams.

What We Do

With the ever increasing and global interest in finding alternative fuel sources as a direct replacement for environmentally harsh fossil fuels, Continuus Energy will build, own and operate state-of-the-art solid fuel processing facilities.  Using our proprietary technology, we process everyday waste streams into a cleaner, high calorific engineered solid fuel substitute.

Waste Processing Flowchart

Our unique process involves multiple stages including: segregating,sorting/recycling, screening, shredding, blending, classification and storage. The process also has an unique ability to introduce and blend different waste streams into a condensed “specified” high calorific fuel pellet. Various qualities of fuel pellets can be derived, depending on the individual needs of the end user or market. Our fuel pellets have multiple uses such as feeding industrial steam/heat boilers, cement kilns, power plants, syn-gas and bio-fuels.

We believe we have an obligation to our environment to reduce our worlds waste going into landfills and the (long cycle) carbon emissions of burning fossil fuels. The characteristics of our finished fuel pellets are much superior compared to that of coal with fewer emissions of pollutants like SOx, NOx, CO,and CO2.

  • Continuus Energy builds, owns and operates state-of-the art solid fuel processing facilities. We process everyday waste streams into a cleaner, non-hazardous secondary solid fuel substitute.  We provide a specific uniformed feed-stock to match the desired end user needs in a variety of combustion and conversion applications.
  • We offer assistance to local municipalities and industrial customers with their desire to reduce emissions, landfill avoidance and recycling goals.
  • Continuus Energy’s engineered systems are designed to process a wide range of waste streams. These waste streams include municipal solid waste, commercial waste and end of life products. With so much focus on the use of today’s fossil fuels and their harsh environmental impact, Continuus Energy  offers a cleaner burning environmentally safe supplement or replacement of fossil fuels.
